Church of Scientology buys Triangle Development's Island View project

It looks like for the consideration of $10,000,000.00 (and a $70K fee to the county to record the deed) the Church of Scientology Flag Service Organization, Inc. has purchased the property AND the mortgages ($22M?) and guarantees. I'm not a real estate attorney. If anyone can really read these documents to figure out exactly what the Church of Scientology bought in this transaction, please let me know so I can update this page correctly.

Really, it was only $500,000 because $500,000 went straight back to the Church of Scientology. Funny, I don't see that Carisa has completed any more courses or auditing for her half million dollar donation in 2005. The house has already been razed.
